Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all MUTANT tags attached to ensure the product remains in mint condition during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
